Construction of an approximately 49,000 square foot, 4-Story multi-family development and will include 45 residential units, a community room, computer center, maintenance support/storage space and bike storage. Sitework included in the scope of work includes placement of underground utilities to serve the building, including connections to services in the public ROW, construction of a parking lot, curbs & sidewalks, decorative site fencing, site lighting, and landscaping & irrigation.
