Join NOLABA and ULI Louisiana for the next installment of our Real Estate Breakfast Series to provide updates and discuss the significant progress taking place at two of the largest ongoing development projects in New Orleans: the Jazzland / Six Flags site and the new Propel Park at NASA’s Michoud Assembly Facility.  Speakers will include Jeff Schwartz from the City of New Orleans, who will outline what’s next as the City negotiates an agreement with selected developer Bayou Phoenix Group, and Michele Kiernan with IRG, who will share the latest on her company’s efforts to build new industrial inventory at NASA Michoud’s Propel Park.

Both of these projects have the potential to infuse millions of dollars in investment and hundreds of jobs into the New Orleans East economy.
