NOLABA, alongside our partners from United Way of Southeast Louisiana and representatives from each of the city’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) will host a special press conference on Wednesday, March 10, to launch a new financial capacity-building and support program for HBCU students launching this month. The press conference will be closed to the public, but accessible via live stream.
