The Louisiana Small Business Development Center, Greater New Orleans & River Region is a business consulting and assistance provider serving a seven-parish region.  Funding is provided by the Small Business Administration, Louisiana Economic Development and Xavier University of Louisiana. All services are provided at no charge.
